Free initial consultation
Three (3) pre-natal meetings, either in person or virtual depending on your preference (approx. 1 hour each) to create and review your birth plan, practice/review pain management techniques, and review infant care, postpartum planning
Unlimited call/text/email support throughout your pregnancy
24/7 On-call availability starting 2 weeks before your due date until the birth
In-person support during active labor until 1-2 hours after birth
Access to my lending library of childbirth education literature
Essential oil aromatherapy during labor (if desired)
Access to and instruction on using a TENS unit for pain management during labor
Free Birth Tub rental for home birth clients (subject to availability)
One (1) in-person postpartum visit to reflect on your birth experience, basic breastfeeding support, and provide any resource referrals you may need (lactation consultants, therapists, childcare, meal trains, pelvic floor specialists, etc)
10% off in-studio prenatal and postpartum massage services
Pampered Mama Package $1800
Free 30 min initial consultation
Three (3) prenatal meetings, either in person or virtual depending on your preference (approx. 1 hour each) to create and review your birth plan, practice/review pain management techniques, and review infant care, postpartum planning
Three (3) 60 min prenatal massages, in-studio. Includes warm towel treatment and aromatherapy.
One (1) 60 min postpartum massage, in-studio or in home. Travel fee may apply for in-home massage outside of SLO County.
