Free initial consultation
Three (3) pre-natal meetings, either in person or virtual depending on your preference (approx. 1 hour each) to create and review your birth plan, practice/review pain management techniques, and review infant care, postpartum planning
Unlimited call/text/email support throughout your pregnancy
24/7 On-call availability starting 2 weeks before your due date until the birth
In-person support during active labor until 1-2 hours after birth
Access to my lending library of childbirth education literature
Essential oil aromatherapy during labor (if desired)
Access to and instruction on using a TENS unit for pain management during labor
Free Birth Tub rental for home birth clients (subject to availability)
One (1) in-person postpartum visit to reflect on your birth experience, basic breastfeeding support, and provide any resource referrals you may need (lactation consultants, therapists, childcare, meal trains, pelvic floor specialists, etc)
