Minimum 6 hour package required, 2 to 3 hour shifts
Emotional and physical recovery support
Breastfeeding support
Infant care support (diapering, feeding, comforting, sleep, bathing, etc)
Light housework, running errands, light meal preparation
Sibling adjustment and care
Referrals to lactation counselors, pelvic floor specialists, childcare, meal trains, etc.
